Kristy Flynn, President - Represents students receiving special education services at facilities operated by the Louisiana Department of Health, appointed by the governor.
Mary Smith, Vice President - Represents competency in American Sign Language and/or has expertise in educating students who are Deaf, hard of hearing or Deaf-Blind, appointed by the governor.
Dr. Edward Bell, Secretary/Treasurer - Represents competency in Braille and/or has expertise in educating students who are Blind or visually impaired, appointed by the governor.
Maria Annis - Represents one member with expertise in Deaf-Blindness, appointed by the governor.
Anthony Celestine - Represents students receiving special education services at facilities operated by the Office of Juvenile Justice, appointed by the governor.
Sherry Crosby - Represents persons who are Deaf or hard of hearing, appointed by the governor.
Kenny Davis - Represents one alumnus of a Louisiana Special School, appointed by the governor.
Ronnie Morris – Member of the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, appointed by the president of the state board.
Audra Muslow-Hicks - Represents persons who are visually impaired, appointed by the governor.
Michele Jones - Represents students receiving special education services at facilities operated by the Louisiana Rehabilitation Services, appointed by the governor.
Bambi Polotzola - Represents the Governor’s Office of Disability Affairs, appointed by the governor.
Vickie Smith - Represents students receiving special education services at facilities operated by the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, appointed by the governor.
